My name is Katherina and I am a healthy lifestyle blogger based out of Philadelphia, PA. I have been following a vegan and gluten-free diet for the past year and a half, and I have been working out regularly since June of 2016. In terms of food, I follow a vegan and gluten-free diet which consists of mostly fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and soy products. My daily intake averages around 2200 calories with about 50 grams of protein. To fuel my body during workouts, I consume about 500-700 calories every day depending on the intensity of my workout. My typical workout routine includes strength training three times per week (including compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench press), cardio two times per week (running or biking), yoga twice per week (for balance and flexibility), and meal prep on the weekends so that I can keep my weekday calorie intake lower.
In terms of fitness goals, my main goal is to maintain my weight while maintaining or increasing lean muscle mass. To achieve this goal, I do moderateintensity strength training three times per week combined with cardio two times per week.
