What is Saic?
The Saic Patron Portal is a valuable resource for patrons of the arts. The portal allows patrons to view their account information, make contributions, and track their donations. It also provides access to event tickets, sponsor opportunities, and more.
The Saic Patron Portal is available online and can be accessed by clicking on the “Patron Login” button on the home page of saicyouththeatre.org. When logged in, visitors will see a list of tabs along the top of the screen: Account Info, Contributions, Events & Sponsorships, and Newsletters/E-Cards.
In addition to logging in with their patron ID and password, visitors can also sign in using their email address or Facebook ID. Once logged in, users can view their account information including name, contact info (including mailing address), contribution amount, date made, and donation type (e.g., purchase or gift). Patrons can also update or add information about themselves (name change? new phone number?), make contributions (online or by check), and find upcoming events.
As an added benefit to Saic memberships and donors alike, the Patron Portal includes exclusive content such as blog posts written by our artists about fundraising tips or how they’ve used the portal to support theatre production. Members can also access member-only content including updates on ticket sales for productions through our box office and exclusive previews of upcoming productions!
How to use the Saic Patron Portal

To access the Saic Patron Portal, visit saic.org/patronportal. To create an account, enter your name, email address, and password. After you create your account, you will be able to log in to the portal at any time.
1) Log in to the Saic Patron Portal.
2) Click on My Profile in the top right corner of the screen.
3) Under Member Info, click on Donor Info.
4) Under Donor Info, click on Renewals & Billing Info.
5) On the Renewals & Billing Info page, click on New Donation or Renewal Request button to begin creating your donation or renewal request respectively.
6) In the Donation Form Fields section of the New Donation or Renewal Request page, fill out all required information including your contact information (name and email address), donation amount(s), and desired payment method(s).
7) Select which member organization you want your donation or renewal request sent to (if applicable).

How to manage your profile and access your records on Saic Patron Portal?
In order to manage your profile and access your records on Saic Patron Portals, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your Saic Patron Portals account.
2. In the top left corner of the screen, click on “My Profile.”
3. On the My Profile screen, you will see a list of all of your active accounts.
4. To access your records on Saic Patron Portals, click on the account name that you would like to view information about.
5. The following screens will appear: Your Account Summary, My Contributions, and My Communication History.
6. Review the information and make any changes that you need to make before clicking on the “Close” button at the bottom of each screen.
How to unsubscribe from receiving emails from Saic?
The Saic Patron Portal is a website where donors can manage their account and unsubscribe from receiving emails. To unsubscribe, donors need to login to the Saic Patron Portals and click on Edit Profile. On the Edit Profile page, donors will find the Unsubscribe button below their email address. When clicked, this will remove them from all email lists sent by Saic.
